The pupils of year 5 and 6 have worked hard to mark the centenary of Walter Tull – the first infantry officer of black heritage in the British Army.
The exhibition is part of Tull100 – Football Remembers, a programme led by Big Ideas and funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, with a National Lottery grant from Big Lottery Fund.
The Tull100 project has ‘No Barriers’ as it’s central message in recognition of Tull’s extraordinary achievements.
