COMMUNITY Link Foundation is encouraging people to pull on a Christmas jumper and help them raise funds!

Over the last few years they have had many businesses, organisations and individuals take part in a bit of festive fun on their behalf and they would love it to happen again this year.

In recent years staff from businesses including Anthony James Estate Agents and the Ramada Plaza Hotel have worn their woolies to work in exchange for a small donation to Community Link Foundation.

The aim of the day is to put the ‘fun’ into fundraising in the run-up to Christmas.

By wearing a Christmas jumper it raises awareness of the work that Community Link Foundation does, while also raising money for the charity.

Community Link Foundation helps people in Southport, Ormskirk, Formby and surrounding areas and provides support to help improve and enhance their lives.

Enda Rylands, chair of the Community Link Foundation, explained: “People have really supported the Christmas Jumper Days that we have done in the past and we would love for that support to continue.

“We are really hoping that people will get involved with their friends and colleagues, and have some fun, knowing that people in the local community will benefit from the money raised.”

If you are interested in taking part or would like more information, please look up Community Link Foundation on social media and get in touch.

We’d love to hear from you!
