Invitation to healthcare meeting

HEALTHCARE commissioners in West Lancashire are to hold their next governing body meeting in public later this month.

The event will be held at the Evermoor HUB (1 Birleywood, Skelmersdale, WN8 9HR) at 9.30am on Tuesday, September 24.

Members of the local community are welcome to observe the board meeting of NHS West Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Questions relating to items on the agenda can also be raised by visiting the governing body page of the CCG’s website or by contacting the secretary to the board directly on 01695 588 144 by noon on Monday, September 23 (www.westlancashireccg. nhs.uk/).

The agenda will be published on the website one week before the meeting.

Immediately following the CCG’s Governing Body Meeting, the CCG’s annual Meet the CCG event will take place within the Evermoor HUB.

This event will also include the CCG’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Meet the CCG is an opportunity for West Lancashire residents to meet with health chief decision-makers at the CCG, visit market stalls showcasing the work of the CCG and its partners, listen to presentations from the CCG and its partners and will also include a dedicated Questions and Answers session.
