Pinolbicreief hunt after bike raid

A GANG-OF-THREE were seen trying and failing to steal a motorbike and quad bike before running away across some fields.

The bungling burglars attempted to steal the vehicles from houses on Cotton Drive and Holborn Hill in the early hours of last Tuesday.

Police recovered the two bikes and another vehicle which had also been stolen earlier and are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

Pc Dan Parker said: “If you saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time it happened, or you have any information which could help us, please give us a call on 101 quoting log reference LC20200908-0133.

“We would appreciate if those of you with CCTV in the area could have a look through at those times above.”
