Hundreds of boys and girls enjoyed free activity sessions at the Paisley 2021 stadium to keep active during the Easter break.

Youngsters were able to take a ride on the Youth Bus, which has been custom-built to provide gaming, interaction and other activities including using the DJ decks and media equipment.

The ever-popular football sessions were yet again packed with future stars ready to show off their talents on the park.

And everyone involved got a free meal as part of their activity session to help them stay fuelled up and learn the importance of exercise and healthy eating.

The Easter activities are free to attend at the Paisley 2021 Stadium, Langcraigs Primary and Knockhill Park and continue until tomorrow.

Street Stuff operates all-yearround, offering free activities Monday to Saturday for children across Renfrewshire.

Stephen Gallacher, St Mirren FC community manager, said: “We’re determined to ensure children have the opportunity to take part in sport and exercise sessions to help them grow up fit and healthy.

“The activities on offer are free and open to everyone, so please come along, meet some new friends and most of all have fun.

“But don’t forget that we aren’t just here at Easter. Activities are all year round so check out our timetable and come along to as many of our weekly sessions as you can.”
