Charity needs help from deaf people
Deaf Buddies are invited to get involved in a charity’s research panel.
Charity Action on Hearing Loss Scotland is inviting anyone who is deaf or has hearing loss to join in.
Panellists will have regular opportunities to take part in the charity’s research projects by completing short surveys as well as through one-to-one interviews and focus groups.
The charity uses the information gathered through its research projects to provide robust evidence to shape the organisation’s services for people who are deaf or have hearing loss as well as steer its policy influencing and campaigns work.
Delia Henry, director of Action on Hearing Loss Scotland, said : “Our research panel offers people in Paisley who are deaf or have hearing loss a great opportunity to tell us about their experiences and views, as well as highlight the key issues affecting their everyday lives.”
