Nominate your favourite business for gong

-

The search continues to find Renfrewshire’s favourite business. And we need your help to do it. We’re asking our readers to celebrate all the hard work that goes into making our community such a great place to trade.

For the third year in a row, we’ve teamed up with Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce to find the cream of the crop.

All you have to do is nominate candidates for the Renfrewshire’s Favourite Business category at this year’s prestigious Rocco Awards.

The event shines a spotlight on the brightest and best and honours the tremendous effort they put into ensuring the prosperity of our community.

The public plays a vital role in the favourite business category by nominating candidates and helping to select the winner.

We want you to tell us about the places you love to work, trade or socialise in.

It could be a business that has gone above and beyond to make you happy, or somewhere you love to visit and spend time.

Equally, you might want to highlight innovation, creativity or just good old fashioned fair trade.

Either way, we want to hear all about it from you.

The Rocco awards are held by the Chamber of Commerce every year and our gong is one of 16 up for grabs. And it couldn’t be easier to take part. Simply email PDE@trinitymirror.com before noon on the closing date of Friday, September 22, with the name of your favourite business and 100 words explaining why you like it so much.

Make sure that you also include your own name, address and daytime telephone number.

In the email subject header, use the words ROCCO Award.

Our judges will select a shortlist of six from nominations, which we will announce on Tuesday, October 3.

And then it’s up to readers to vote in our online poll for their favourite.

This will close at noon on Tuesday, October 24.

The winner will be announced at the Rocco awards final to be held at the Normandy Hotel, in Renfrew, on Friday, November 17.

The awards are free to enter for both members and non-members based in Renfrewshire.
