Firm tipped for war on cyber crime gong
A Paisley firm has been nominated for a top gong at the upcoming Scottish Cyber Awards.
Seric Systems, an advisor in IT infrastructure, Security and Data Management, which is headquartered in the town, is up for the Leading Diversity in Cyber award and will join fellow finalists at a glitzy ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel, in Edinburgh, on November 22.
Mandy Haeburn-Little, Chief Executive of the Scottish Business Resilience Centre, which is hosting the awards, said:“As technology advances at such a rapid pace, so does the scale, pace and complexity of cybercrime.
“All organisations, no matter how large or small, are at risk from cyber criminals and jointly we need to do everything we can to keep Scotland safe.
