Talented Paisley photographers reveal their best images
Talented members of Paisley Photographic Society were busy over the summer months.
And, now that winter is almost up on us, they have shared some of their images to help brighten up the darker days.
A club spokesman said: “The 2017-18 session is now underway and we are looking forward to the visit of Colin Prior, who will be showing us his stunning images and talking about his adventures in many parts of the world.”
Colin’s talk, called The Living Mountain, takes place on Friday, November 17 in Thomas Coats Memorial Church, High Street, Paisley.
Tickets cost £7.50 and are available from Paisley Museum or the church, which is where the club meets, between 7pm and 7.30pm every Friday.
The club is the oldest in Scotland and was founded in 1857.
It offers classes for beginners in all branches of photography along with a varied and exciting programme of formal activities, including competitions, studio nights and lectures from September to April.
There are also informal meetings and outings during summer.
