Briefs available for upcoming derby day clash

-

Derby day tickets go on sale at the St Mirren ticket office this morning – six weeks before Saints and Morton do battle.

St Mirren supporters have plenty of time to snap up briefs for the derby match againt ‘Ton at Cappielow, which takes place on January 2.

Tickets go on sale at 10am from the ticket office. Tickets prices are as follows: adults £18, over 65/student/disabled: £15, under 16s £5, and parent and child under 12 is £18, although allocation is limited.

There is limited availability for wheelchair users, therefore anyone requiring a wheelchair space should phone the St Mirren Ticket Office as soon as possible to book a space.

Tickets can be bought online, over the phone or in person at the Ticket Office. Saints have endured mixed fortunes in the fixture this season, having only managed to pick up one point from the first couple of clashes between the two sides this season.

A 4-1 defeat at the hands of their bitter rivals on just the second week of the season handed Jim Duffy’s team the bragging rights heading into the return fixture in Paisley at the end of last month.

The two sides picked up a share of the spoils, albeit in controversial circumstances following poor refereeing performances from Steven McLean. Goals from Ian McShane and Gavin Reilly saw Saints clinch a point.
