It’s nearly time for us to toast the Bard

ClannGàidhlig has revealed plans for its annual Bardic Supper.

The Gaelic group is laying on a two-course meal, with entertainment and a guest speaker.

Eilidh Cormack is a Mòd gold medallist and will address diners, alongside music and poetry.

Niall ‘Gow’ Peutan will join her to performs songs from Portree.

The celebration takes place from 7.30pm on February 24 at Westburn Church Halls, Nelson Street, Greenock.

Tickets are £15, but places are limited.
