Rising rockers

Rockers in Renfrewshire have the chance to catch one of Scotland’s exciting new acts at an upcoming gig. The XCerts are heading to Glasgow for a special gig at the HMV store on Argyle Street. Hailing from Aberdeen, the three-piece are gigging in Glasgow on January 21 to promote their new record. Hold Onto Your Heart is the title track from the forthcoming album that frontman Murray MacLeod says will pull on the heartstrings adding:“The words just poured out of me, as if they’d already been written, and it took just 15 minutes from writing the first line to recording the whole thing.“Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
