Welcome breaks for carers

Carers can receive a grant of up to £300 to take a muchneeded break through the Creative Breaks Time to Live Fund.

Organised through Renfrewshire Carers Centre, the fund has given away grants to more than 70 carers to go on a spa break or buy equipment such as an iPad.

The pro g ramme is funded through the Scottish Government’s Short Breaks Fund. Applications must meet the criteria and be submitted by Wednesday, April 4.
