Family’s appeal as beloved pet cat goes missing

-

A Paisley family has been left distraught after their cat disappeared – and are desperate to bring her home.

Luna, the black part Lykoi cat, escaped from her box while on a visit to Champion Vet in the town’s Kilnside Road, on February 20.

The distressed feline vanished from the surgery along Bank Street and hasn’t been seen since.

Her owner Sandra Webster told the Express her family are heartbroken without their beloved pet.

“Both of my sons have autism and have a really special relationship with Luna,”she said.

“The boys are absolutely distraught and miss her terribly.

“We would love for her to come home as soon as possible.”

Sandra, from Glenburn, thinks Luna will be feeling incredibly anxious on unfamiliar soil.

She added:“Luna does not know the East End.

“She will be wary of strangers and is not a lap cap.

“Although she will often answer to her name and the shake of a packet of food.”

Luna has green eyes and was wearing a collar with a little bell.

The Webster family is offering a small reward for her return.
