Colin Neill is the former supply chain director of Diageo, chamber director and past president of Cricket Scotland.

Chamber chief executive Bob Grant said: “Colin is an excellent team builder – with many years proven experience in developing high performing teams.

“You will learn from these sessions about what is world class customer service and how to apply the principles to your business.

The three face- to- face sessions take place at the Chamber Business Centre, Glasgow Airport on Friday, April 13, April 20 and April 27 from 8.30am to 11am.
