Located at Dargavel Village, it will feature 177 three-bedroom semidetached homes and three and fourbedroom detached homes in what the developers describe as a quiet residential area, with countryside views.
House types in the first release will include a selection of homes from Bellway’s latest collection.
Properties now available for reservation include the threebedroom semi-detached Sandhill, three-bed detached Erinvale and the four-bed detached Lomond and Queenwood. Prices start from £189,995.

This will see up to 4,000 new homes in total being built in the popular village.
When complete, Dargavel Village will comprise new housing, commercial and community buildings, a woodland park and recreational facilities.
The village is named after Dargavel House, a Grade B listed tower house building situated within the grounds of the BAE complex, parts of which date back to 1514.
