Latest bids for planning permission

Building works could soon be going on at homes and businesses across Renfrewshire.

Planning permission must be granted from council chiefs before improvements can go ahead.

Recent applications made to the local authority include:

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the side and rear of 5 Alloway Crescent, Paisley

 Removal of one birch tree at 19 Acacia Drive, Paisley

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the rear of 58 Strathmore Avenue, Paisley

 Change of use from beauty salon (Class 2) to hot food takeaway, erection of flue and alterations to the rear elevation to form access door at 12 Paisley Road, Renfrew

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the side of 47 Locher Crescent, Houston

 Extension to the rear of the detached garage at The Cairn, Prieston Road, Bridge of Weir

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the front of detached garage and formation of a flat roof over the garage at 16 Netherdale Drive, Paisley

 Erection of a single-storey extension to the rear of dwellinghouse at 4 Hillhead Crescent, Paisley

 Siting of a temporary modular building for library use at the Lagoon Leisure Centre, 11 Christie Street, Paisley

 Display of an internally illuminated fascia sign at 12 Paisley Road, Renfrew

 Erection of a two-storey extension to the side of 4 Windsor Crescent, Elderslie.
