Arthurlie were handed a rude awakening in the Championship following a humbling defeat at the hands of Benburb.

And that allowed the Bens to seize upon skipper Hal Bohme’s mistake to fire a fine opener from distance on the stroke of half-time.

‘ Lie were struggling with the plastic pitch, while the hosts were taking advantage of any slackness on the ball from their Barrhead opponents.

And they finally sealed the points in the closing stages as Bohme turned home into his own net.
