A worker at a nearby unit, who did not want to be named, said last night: “There was a visit from an engineer early this morning and then the next thing we knew there were cops all over the place.
“Police arrived in the area around 9am and there has been a constant presence in the area since.
“We heard it is a major drugs incident and the police raided the property and found a lot of cannabis.

Last night forensics officers were at the scene investigating the full extent of the huge weed find.
Officers said they are dealing with an “extensive” cannabis farm which will be worth at least hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Detective Chief Inspector Fil Capaldi, of Renfrewshire and Inverclyde CID, said it will take some time to clear out the unit before they know the true value of the drugs recovery.
