Photo creep is told to behave – or else

Sheriff warns man who took pictures of his ex

- Chris Taylor Jaroslaw Pelczynski

A spurned creep could dodge punishment after he took photos of his ex in bed through a keyhole.

Jaroslaw Pelczynski, 43, snapped pictures of Angelika Rozanka through the front door.

She found the images on his bed after visiting his flat to collect their son’s belongings.

But the weirdo could walk after he was given time to prove he could behave at Paisley Sheriff Court.

Sheriff Seith Ireland said: “I will defer sentence for good behaviour.

“The Procurator Fiscal will get a report from police to confirm whether you are.”

Pelczynski bombarded his former partner with dozens of text messages after they split.

He trailed her to her friends and spied on her.

The brute would even follow her onto busses – but would stare silently.

Prosecutor Colin Wilson told how he turned nasty after they broke up.

He said: “The accused turned up drunk at the home of a friend where she was staying.

“He was shouting and swearing through the door.

“These comments were aimed at his former partner.

“He was shouting and accusing her of having an affair with somebody inside the house.

“She later went to his house to pick up items and possessions belonging to their son.

“When she was there, she found two images lying on the bed.

“These were taken through a front door keyhole and that keyhole was at the home where she was residing at the time. One image showed her lying on the bed.”

Pelczynski pursued the woman to a flat in Paisley’s Shortroods.

He legged it after she called police.

Pelczynski pled guilty to terrifying the woman between last Spring and May this year.

The pair had lived in England and been together for eight years before they split after moving north.

He has been barred from approaching her and to keep away from her home.

The court heard Pelczynski acted out after his ex stopped him from seeing their son Oliver, six.

The dad has now launched a legal bid to gain access.

Sheriff Seith Ireland warned he would face a stern punishment if he continued to hassle Ms Rozanka.

He added: “Bail conditions are still in force. You are not to contact Angelika Rozanka.

“These are strict conditions and you must obey them.”

Pelczynski, of Stock Street, has been ordered to return to court on January 1.
