With the new season now underway, Vixens have been doing everything they can to improve.

A club spokeswoman said:“We absolutely loved this session and gained so much for her input s. A huge thanks to Gail for giving up her time.”

Vixens 2 have got off to a flying start in their debut season. Following four tough games, they have come away with two strong wins as a newly formed team who are growing and learning with every game.

Elsewhere, Vixens 1 face tough opposition having been newly promoted. They have taken three out of four wins including a convincing win over St Mirren 2, 50-22 to Vixens.

A spokeswoman added:“Our training continues every Monday and we always welcome new faces as our club continues to grow.
