Changes sought for by property owners
Building works could soon be going on at various homes and businesses in Renfrewshire.
Planning permission must be granted from council chiefs before improvements can go ahead.
Recent applications made to the local authority include:
● Change of use from industrial unit ( Class 5) to cafe (Class 3) and external alterations to frontage at Unit 21, Mossedge Industrial Estate, Moss Road, Linwood, Paisley
● Replacement f i re training simulator facility at Caledonia Way, Glasgow Airport
● Erection of a singlestorey extension to the side of Dunconnell, Thomson Avenue, Johnston
● Erection of porch to front of 48 Burnside Road, Elderslie
● Felling of two maple trees at 11 Birkhall Avenue, Inchinnan
● Erection of a singlestorey extension to the rear of 10 Castle Road, Bridge of Weir
● Erection of a two-storey extension to the side and erection of a single-storey extension to the front and rear of 19 Lawmarnock Crescent, Bridge of Weir
● Display of internally illumianted, double-sided digital advertisement hoarding at the roundabout adjacent to Audi Hillington
● Internal and external alterations to crematorium to include the erection of a raised deck and 1.5m high metal screening, rebuilding of an external wall, formation of doorway, alterations to internal floor levels to provide level access and other associated works at Woodside Crematorium, 46 Broomlands Street, Paisley
● Infill of canopy to form porch and installation of rooflight to the rear of 22 King George Park Avenue, Renfrew
● Erection of a singlestorey extension to the rear and side of 41 Neuk Crescent, Houston.
