Healthy living was on the menu for kids at Glenfield Childcare Centre
Keeping fit, eating well and having fun was the name of the game at Glenfield Childcare Centre.
Youngsters at the Paisley nursery marked the end of Health Week with a day of activities.
Parents and families came in to join exercise classes and enjoy a healthy big breakfast with the tots.
And to top the day off, they made mindfulness glitter jars and edible pictures from fruit and vegetables.
Jan Thomson, from the centre, said: “Health Week is all about a healthy body and a healthy mind.
“We’ve been doing the Highland Hustle, yoga, football, and taekwondo.
“We’d like to thank Morrisons and Warburtons who provided food on the day.
“And I’d like to say a big thank you to the parents and families who brought food in for Renfrewshire Foodbank.”
