Homes and businesses bid for planning permission
Building works could soon be going on at various homes and businesses in Renfrewshire.
Planning permission must be granted from council chiefs before improvements can go ahead.
Recent applications made to the local authority include:

Change of use of shop (Class 1) to cafe (Class 3) with ancillary hot food takeaway at the Post Office, 82 Sycamore Avenue, Johnstone
Felling of one tree and pruning of one tree at John Neilson Institute, 76 Oakshaw Street West, Paisley
Erection of a first-floor extension to the side of 6 Gryfewood Crescent, Houston
Works to several trees comprising of felling, pollarding and crown reduction at 31 Crawford Road, Houston
