Get fit and confident at new Curves Paisley

-

The brand new Curves Paisley will throw open its doors on Monday to help the women of Paisley get fit, gain strength and lose weight.

Curves Paisley is back in business at Silk Street – the only fitness facility in Paisley just for women.

The team focus on strength training with cardio and flexibility all done in 30 minute sessions.

New owner Siobhan Kavanagh is delighted to return to the gym where it all began for her nearly 14 years ago.

Siobhan, who runs the awardwinning Curves Irvine branch, can’t wait to open the doors of Curves Paisley and welcome both new and previous members back into her purple army.

With more than 130 Paisley women already booked in to start their fitness journey on opening day alone, she is over the moon with the support from the community.

“I am really looking forward to coming back to Paisley,” said Siobhan.

“We have big plans for Curves Paisley and it will be great to get the chance to positively impact the lives of so many women in the community all over again.”

Curves is the largest women’s fitness organisation in the world, with more than five million members worldwide.

Curves is a lot more than just a gym, it is a community of women who support and encourage each other daily.

The company prides itself on the community and the results its members –or Curvettes – achieve.

Members can start seeing changes in their bodies in as little as 30 days, which Siobhan says is down to its unique full body strength training sessions, adding:“Our members become friends and part of our community.

“It is the most rewarding thing to see these women looking and feeling fitter, stronger and happier as they work towards their goals at Curves.”
