Morrisons supermarket at Anchor Mill, Paisley, is urging customers to remember the fallen and support armed forces veterans of today by buying poppies.
The store has set up a stall where people can buy the famous symbol of remembrance, as well as wooden crosses with poppies at their centre.
Sharon Dennison, community champion at Morrisons, said: “Everyone at the checkout will be wearing special t-shirts on November 9 and 10 and encouraging people to buy poppies. It is a cause the supermarket supports and we hope customers will too.”
This year Remembrance Sunday will be on November 10, and Armistice Day will be marked as usual on November 11.
