Face-to-face surgeries for MSP start this week
Natalie Don MSP is looking forward to welcoming constituents to her advice surgeries which start this week.
The MSP for Renfrewshire North and West will be holding 12 surgeries each month stretching the length and breadth of the constituency, from Langbank to Gallowhill and Bridge of Weir to Renfrew and Erskine.
The surgeries start on Friday when constituents wishing to ask questions or raise issues can drop-in to The Bridge, Bridge of Weir, between 10.30am and 11.15am, Hunter House, Quarriers Village, 11.30am to 12.15pm or the Carrick Centre, Houston, from 12.30pm to 1.15pm.
Surgeries will also be held Bargarran Community Centre, Erskine, between 10.30am and 11.15am and The Cherrie Centre, Renfrew, from 11.30am to 12.15pm on Saturday, October 2.
Natalie said:“I am really pleased that my face-to-face advice surgeries are now able to resume again and look forward to meeting with constituents and working to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
“Although I have been dealing with lots of correspondence from constituents contacting me through other channels, I appreciate that some people will much prefer to meet face to raise issues with me directly so, as community venues have reopened having made necessary adjustments to be safe as we recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, I’m delighted to be offering the chance to attend my advice surgeries
“Ensuring that every community across Renfrewshire North and West is represented and every constituent has the opportunity to attend a surgery is extremely important to me.
“I invite constituents to take the opportunities to drop-in to speak with me but, if you’d like to make an appointment or your enquiry is especially complex in nature, it may be best to email me in advance in order that I can work to resolve any issues that are raised as quickly as possible.”
