Tomorrow, the 11am morning service will be conducted by the Rev Jim Gibson and the choir will sing – the Kyrie Eleison by McPhee, Psalm 126 and the Anthem O Sing Joyfully by Batten.
The shop and the abbey itself are open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.30am until 2.30pm and during these hours St Mirin’s Chapel is also available for private prayers.
All are welcome to the abbey but it should be noted that covid restrictions are still being strictly observed.
However, for those not yet comfortable in attending church in person, the Scottish Episcopal Church continues to broadcast video coverage of Eucharistic services via its website, social media channels and YouTube channel. The web page for the broadcast is www.scotland.anglican. org/broadcast-sunday-worship.
These services will be broadcast at 11am on Sundays and, in advance of the broadcast of each service, the Liturgy – the Order of Service - will be available to download from the SEC website.
Thursday, October 28 in the large hall from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Children under five years old (incuding babies) and their parents or carers will be most welcome.
Normal Covid-19 restrictions are in place to ensure everyone’s safety and names are taken at the door for track and trace.
It is possible to view our service online live and during the week at www.paisleysouthchurch.org support.
Our service tomorrow is at 11am and will be led by Minister Rev John Murning.
All our youth organisations are up and running again, and well supported.
Parents should note that children should be brought to the minor hall before the service.
You will also be asked to wear a face covering throughout the service to keep us all safe.

Booking in advance is not required although one metre distancing is required also Track and Trace record cards will be in your seat to complete.
On Monday afternoon the Two O’Clock Club meets in the Lang
Hall and the speaker will be Natalie McShane, BID manager from Paisley First.
Some restrictions will still apply. On Wednesday evening our Handbells meet in the hall at 6.45pm.
On October 31 we are holding a Celebration of Life Service to celebrate and remember many loved ones and friends whose funeral services were conducted under strict Covid-19 restrictions.
The service will take place at 2.30pm. All welcome.
