Shop local for your golden opportunity to win big for Christmas
Paisley shoppers could win big this festive season with the return of the popular Christmas golden ticket competition.
Paisley First has joined forces with Renfrewshire Council to give away £500 of Paisley town centre gift voucher for four lucky winners.
Shoppers will receive a golden ticket with every purchase in Paisley town centre. They can then post it in one of the golden post boxes in the Piazza Shopping Centre or The Paisley Centre to be in with a chance of winning.
Colette Cardosi, chair of Paisley First, said: “We would urge locals to put Paisley first when it comes to Christmas shopping this year.
“We have everything you need for all your Christmas shopping to please even the fussiest recipient and the majority of our businesses across retail, health, hair and beauty and food and drink all sell gift cards if you want to give the gift of choice.”
Around 65p from every £1 spent locally, stays local so Paisley First and Renfrewshire Council bosses are keen for people to give the local economy a boost.

“The Golden Ticket competition is a great incentive to spend money in Paisley town centre and is just one of the many innovative ways the team at Paisley First is helping showcase the range of great businesses and attractions the town has to offer.”
Draws are currently scheduled to take place on November 27 and December 4 and 11.
