Bingo bosses have put out a call for Paisley’s talented performers to back their bid to search for new talent.

Mecca Bingo has marked its role as official bingo partner of the new series of Britain’s Got Talent, set to hit our screens this spring, by launching its own talent competitio­n.

Now bosses want promising Buddies to join Mecca Bingo’s Got Talent, which kicks off on Monday.

The contest will run alongside the popular ITV show, scouting the nation for the hottest acts.

Mecca will also host exclusive Britain’s Got Talent bingo games online and inclub, with prizes set to include tickets to the TV show’s live final.

Club bosses, including those at Paisley’s popular Saucel Crescent hall, want to hear from the area’s undiscover­ed talent as they hold regional heats for their new contest in their venues.

Prizes up for grabs as part of Mecca’s Got Talent, include the chance to appear on the bill at Mecca events nationwide, tickets to the BGT final, cash and a coveted introducti­on to a top talent agent.

The deadline for applicatio­n is Sunday April 10.

Mecca Bingo’s Got Talent regional heats will run for four weeks, before concluding with a showstoppi­ng grand final at the newly-launched Mecca Bingo Luton in May.

Acts must be 18 or over to take part.
