- HOLY TRINITY & ST BARNABAS’ CHURCH \PAISLEY ABBEY

At tomorrow’s 10am service, we mark the 2nd Sunday of Easter.

Our next Wednesday Eucharist service is on April 27 at 10.30am.

Please take a lateral flow test before attending church.

For those not yet comfortabl­e in attending church in person, the Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) continues to broadcast video coverage of Eucharisti­c services via its website, social media channels and YouTube channel.

These services will be broadcast at 11am on Sundays and, in advance of the broadcast of each service, the liturgy – the order of service - will be available to download from the SEC website.

CHURCH

Tomorrow, we will be led in worship by our worship leader Liz Evans at the usual time of 11am.

All members, friends and visitors will be made most welcome.

Tea and coffee will be served in the large hall afterwards. games and fellowship with some light refreshmen­ts thrown in - do come and join us.

The morning service tomorrow at 11am will be led by Rev James Gibson and will include Holy Communion.

It is no longer necessary to bring your own elements and a face covering is entirely optional.

Today, the lunchtime recitals will resume at 12.30pm and the Abbey Strings will perform music by Mozart, Glazanov and Borodin.

The Abbey itself and the shop are now open three days a week – Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – from 10.30am until 2.30pm and during these hours the St Mirin Chapel is also open for private prayer and meditation.

Also tomorrow, a pre-recorded Songs of Praise from Paisley Abbey will be broadcast on BBC 1 at 1.15pm. \PAISLEY

SOUTH CHURCH Our Service tomorrow starts at 11am and will be conducted by Rev David Hood.

Teas and coffee will be served afterwards.

During the service, we will celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion.

We offer a warm welcome to all, irrespecti­ve of background, age, race, gender, sexuality, (dis)ability.

If you are not sure what to do, just say to the people who welcome you at the door, and we will be happy to answer any questions and give whatever help is desired.
