Tonight The Bungalow has the UK’s No.1 Rage Against The Machine Tribute, ‘The Machine Rages On,’ playing for the first time.

The set list includes all the classic Rage at The Machine songs from their four studio albums.

The band sounds like the real thing but they also pride themselves in looking the part as well.

Expect iconic songs like Killing in the Name, Know Your Enemy, Freedom and Calm Like a Bomb. The venue opens at 7pm and tickets are

£12 on the door.

Bobby Deans Big Band are playing tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. Enjoy all the big band classic sounds of Dorsey, Ellington, Millar, Basie, Kenton and Goodman while vocal contributi­ons cover classic artists such as Sinatra, Darren, Fitzgerald and Holiday.

The Bungalow is fast becoming one of the coolest entertainm­ent venues for big bands. Don’t take my word, get down and check it out. Doors are 1pm.

Get you freak on at The Bungalow 80’s dance night tomorrow. Tickets can be bought on entry. It’s just been announced that live band The Postcards will perform a dynamic 80s set too.

A night that recreates the magic to take you back in time to when it was cool to be different. Doors open 7pm, venue closes 1am.

Cinder Hall are proud to present Paisley’s very own The Deep Shining Sea who are performing at The Bungalow on Thursday. Support comes from Greenock indie pop band Tempe and all the way from Midlothian DD Stirling. This is a gig not to be missed. Tickets are available from Skiddle or through Cinder Hall on Instagram and Facebook Tickets are £5/£3 on the door. Opens at 7pm.

The Cave have another great line up of bands on again this weekend, starting with the P90s tonight at 9pm.

Firestorm tomorrow in the early slot at 6pm followed by Splendid Suns at 9pm and on Sunday to round it off it is Revival from 6pm. Kennedy’s Live Sundays continue with Crackerman from 3pm.

The Old Swan have a brilliant week ahead and it starts with Kirk Strachan tonight, Wildcard tomorrow from 4pm. Clyde are back in their usual spot at 5pm on Monday. Afternoon tea at 3pm with Lee James is on Tuesday and on Thursday he is back again at 3pm also. Check out The Old Swans new beer garden. I hear outdoor gigs will be starting soon. The Keg have some late night live action starting with Evan Keen tonight at 9pm and tomorrow night it is Ama Jane also at 9pm.

The Anchor have a charity night on today from 4.30pm. On offer is live music, karaoke, auction, raffle and games. The event is in aid of The Star Project which delivers a regular and varied programme of creative group and individual supports to community members within Renfrewshi­re from their base in the North End of Paisley.

Their work is shaped by community members, partners, volunteers and staff in everything they do. The group has a dedicated team that delivers counsellin­g, preschool classes, arts sessions, regular drop ins and a community fridge. A great group to support and looks like a very entertaini­ng night. Rock covers band Monkey Business will be performing on Sunday at 4.30pm.

Boab Williamson one of the owners of Rocknrolla­s has a Birthday Bash this weekend. He was the victim of a Facebook hack and not all the invites got sent. So if you know Boab help him have a great birthday night out and message him for details.
