It s scores of over 90% in every categor y are an astonishing achiev ement, and one that was backed up by gl owing comments from PC Pro’s readers. “Scan’s customer service was excellent – nothing was too much trouble,” wrote Russ Atkin.
In fact, we could easily fill a few pages with positive respon ses about Scan, but we’ll sett le for two more. This fi rst is from David McShane: “Lovely guys, who were very communicat ive durin g the pande mic. They also offered after care support for a very weird and specific vide o card compatibility issue that they didn’t need to. Behemoth Amazon rose to third place , but many reader s were torn about using the site. “I hate using them, knowing how they treat staf f and avoid paying tax, but I often have no choice,” admitted Rob Gibson.
