These crazy times of Covid lockdown have meant that I’ve not been able to get the most recent issue of Period Living. I’m currently on maternity leave with our four-month-old daughter, Matilda, and my husband works for the NHS, so I’m sure you can imagine it has been a busy and stressful time. Thankfully, I keep my old copies to enjoy, and here is my three-year-old son William enjoying one this morning. I had to prise him away from it as he was enjoying looking at Alice in Wonderland and the Cheshire Cat from the ‘In the Picture’ article (above). For me, it’s the simple things, like being able to have five minutes with a magazine, that makes things feel a little normal right now. Hopefully, I can get out to pick up a new copy soon.
