COTTAGE INSPIR ATION Christine Ellis

A couple of months ago, I picked up a copy of Period Living for the first time. I had always assumed that it would be too grand and not relevant to my 1890s two-bed cottage. How wrong I was! The April issue was beautiful and every house filled with ideas and inspiration that I could use in my own home.

The articles were interesting and informative, and my brain is now teeming with ideas. I thought surely the next one couldn’t be as good, but as I sit reading the May issue I am just as impressed – goes to show you should never make assumptions. I am now a regular reader.
