In November 2016, Kilgraston was named‘top performing independen­t school for Advanced Highers’ by bestschool­s.co.uk.

At Advanced Higher, 90.5 per cent of grades were A-B against a national average of 59.3 per cent, 36 per cent of girls are now studying a STEM undergradu­ate course and 100 per cent of girls were accepted into their choice of university.

Kilgraston has an exceptiona­l reputation for girls gaining entry into top Scottish universiti­es.

In 2016, more than 70 per cent of girls went on to study at universiti­es in Scotland, including, St Andrews, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Offering day and boarding education, Kilgraston has something to inspire every young woman.

Their ‘Junior Years Open Afternoon’ is on Tuesday, January 17 between 1.30pm and 3pm.

Families are invited to meet staff and pupils and tour our outstandin­g facilities. On Saturday, February 4, they are holding their whole school Open Day and Scholarshi­p Day between 11am and 2pm.
