Ewan‘smum helpsout exhibition

A display of items ranging from a 100 year old grand oak chair, to the accordion played by Denis Lawson in 1983 movie Local Hero, have been put on show at Strathearn Community Library in Crieff.

The heritage showcase has been organised by Crieff Community Council in collaboration with Strathearn Archaeological and Historical Society and runs until May 21.

The community council says it has worked with actor Ewan McGregor’s mother, Carol, for some of the pieces on show, as well a digging out artefacts from the era of the former Town Council.
