Multi-million pound new leisure park now on way
A view of Loch Earn taken from St Fillans Plans for a new multi-million pound leisure park at Loch Earn have been unveiled.
The development plan to expand the St Fillans holiday park was given the green light by the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority, and designs have now been drawn up for a two-storey facility to be built.
The plans include a restaurant and bar, entertainment space, children’s play area and a fitness suite. The new development will also have a workshop and back-of-house area to maintain the upkeep of the Loch Earn site.
The new leisure park on the 22-acre Loch Earn holiday park will replace a current lounge bar there.
This building will be demolished before October this year, to avoid disturbing the roosting bats there.

It is understood work to build the new leisure complex, designed by Andrew Black Design and Perth-based Algo Design and Build, will begin at Loch Earn holiday park later this year.
