School’s oldpics appeal

Perth High School’s art department are appealing for old photographs of the school.

The art department are working on creating an animated film to celebrate the school’s 50th birthday in 2021 as part of Perth’s bid for UK City of Culture in the same year.

The team behind the project are looking for old photographs of the school and the surrounding area from 1971 onwards.

They are particularly keen for photos showing the school in the early stages of construction.

Any photographs should be handed in with names and addresses to the school office, addressed to principal art teacher Mrs Ross.
