TOM GRAY STRATHALLAN
Tom has a lifelong association with Strathallan, farming on land which has been in his family since 1943. Tom’s long standing knowledge and fondness for the area is unrivalled. After seven years in Edinburgh studying civil engineering and working in construction and town planning, it became clear that there really was nowhere quite like Strathallan, concluding that all opportunities to live and work there should be treasured.
Following the sudden and premature death of Councillor John Law in 2010, Tom retained the seat for the SNP. He has been a member of the enterprise and infrastructure and development management committees throughout.
Tom attends the Auchterarder Town Bus Group, attends the Auchterarder Network when health and care service personnel meet at St Margaret’s Hospital and attends the five community councils throughout Strathallan at every possible opportunity.
