Carron Valley Motorcycle Club drop off Easter treats at CHAS Rachel House in Kinross A group of bikers stopped off at CHAS Rachel House to give the children Easter treats.

Members of the 600-strong Carron Valley Motorcycle Club travelled from the Falkirk Wheel to Kinross for their annual Easter Rally, and 12 of the bikers from the club dropped off Easter eggs to Rachel House.

Laura Campbell, who is a community fundraiser with CHAS Rachel House, said:“The Carron Valley annual Easter Rally is a wonderful tradition, and it’s amazing that CHAS is part of it has the support of the bikers.

“The children love seeing the motorbikes and, of course, receiving the chocolate!

“It’s our mission at CHAS to reach every child in Scotland with a life-shortening condition and support them and their family through the most difficult time imaginable.

“We couldn’t do what we do without our wonderful supporters, and want to thank The Carron Valley Motorcycle Club for their generosity.”

Tam Reid, one of the bikers who organised the Easter Run, explained that the bikers are delighted to help out in any way they can.

He said: “When we started the Easter Run over nine years ago, we thought we would be lucky to get 50 bikes and raise £300.

“We are now in our ninth year and have raised over £61,000 for CHAS!

“It’s always great to see so many bikers coming out and supporting the event and Carron Valley are happy to have organised it all!”
