Deniesassaulting schoolboy(12)

A 50-year-old Perthshire man has denied attacking a 12-year-old boy at the Community School of Auchterarder.

The incident is said to have taken place at the Chapel Wynd establishment on December 8 last year.

Robert Wilson, of Glenorchil Crescent, Auchterarder, will stand trial at Perth Sheriff Court on June 7.

He is accused of assaulting the youngster by seizing him by the clothing, pulling him towards him and pushing him on the body.
