Trainees are setting the bar high
A group of students are starting out careers in the hospitality industry thanks to a training programme.
Ten students completed the six week training course and enjoyed a ceremony at The Venue in Perth on Tuesday, August 22.
The Diageo Learning for Life: Hospitality and Bartending programme provides training in hospitality, opening the door to career opportunities in the industry.
The course featured a two-week work placement with some of Perth’s leading hospitality firms and students were also Diageo award winners complete their training Picture: Ashleigh Vallance treated to a visit to the renowned Gleneagles Hotel to get top tips from experienced hoteliers.
