Pine lodges are sold for £500k
The Perthshire holiday village of Logierait Pine Lodges has been sold to the private investor Castlecroft for £505,000.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors sold the lodges and Post Office house, which are located half a mile from Ballinluig near the A9 interchange.
The 15 rental properties, which sit on the banks of the River Tay and adjacent to Logierait Inn, occupy a prominent corner position on the road between Ballinluig and Aberfeldy.
The manager’s house is a detached two-storey building with a double garage, an office, three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
In the deal, Castlecroft has also picked up the former post office house, a traditional detached two storey residential property located at the far end of the site.
