Improve fitness while playing with the Saints

With funding support from the Scottish Government and the SPFL Trust, Football Fans in Training provides 13-weeks of light exercise and useful advice on how to get fitter, lead a more active life and improve your general health. Our next course will be for ladies and will start at McDiarmid Park in January (date to be confirmed). The session will take place in the Muirton Suite and gym on a Thursday evening from 6.30 to 8pm. SAINTS KIDZ TRAINING SQUADS

The next six-week block of our 2017 Training Squads will run on Thursdays from September 28 until November 16 (no sessions during the two week October school holidays). For boys and girls in P5 to S2, the sessions take place from 5 to 6pm at McDiarmid. TRAINING SQUADS: Squad training consists of training and games and will include some specific positional routines. GOALKEEPIN­G SQUADS: The sessions cover basic handling, distributi­on, agility, dealing with crosses and positionin­g and always include fun games to sharpen your skills. FAMILY FUN DAY

With great support from the Cherrybank Inn, we will be holding a Family Fun Day at the popular Glasgow Road hostelry on Sunday, September 24 between 12 and 5pm. The day will be a fundraiser for The Saints Community Trust and will include a range of fun activities for all the family. Tickets for our Fun Day raffle are now on sale and the draw will take place at 12pm on Monday, September 25. Prizes include hospitalit­y in the Campbell Suite for two at a Saints game, a signed Saints strip and ball, a limited edition SuperSaint t-shirt signed by his creator Steve Bright, as well as much more.
