We are supporting the Business Star Awards as we are committed to working in partnership with businesses to foster and drive positive change and growth in local, regional, national and international economies through education, training and research. One of our main aims is the development of a skilled and highly qualified workforce which is why we are supporting the Apprentice of the Year Award. Elevator and Business Gateway – Most Promising New Business of the Year
Elevator is a social enterprise providing business support services including Business Gateway to both new and growing businesses across the region.
We support the awards as it’s important we recognise the organisations and people who best reflect all that is good about our region now and in the future. Elevator through Business Gateway supports over 2,000 new businesses to start up each year across Scotland and while we have a strong interest in seeing every one of these reach their potential it is particularly exciting to be associated with the business that is identified as being the Most Promising New Business. Graham Environmental Services – Excellence in Customer Service Award
Graham Environmental Services Ltd, established in Blairgowrie in 1993, is a family-run business providing pest control, hygiene and fire services across Scotland. The Business Star Awards are an excellent opportunity for local businesses to showcase and celebrate their success. Customer service is at the heart of every successful business but it’s not always easy to get right – this category recognises those dedicated to going the extra mile. Fairways – Excellence in Business Innovation Award
Fairways is a bespoke recruitment and HR consultancy providing the complete employment package of people solutions from recruitment to exit strategies for employers across Perthshire and Tayside. As platinum members of the Chamber we support the Business Star Awards as our contribution to give back to the business company by helping to recognise and reward the many great and successful businesses in this area. As previous business award winners, we are supporting Excellence in Business Innovation Award as we are keen to see market-changing ideas demonstrated from various industry sectors which has resulted in innovative new services/products coming to fruition.
