A fundraising ‘Gastronomy’night – an evening of astronomy tales and curry - is being held in Kinross.

The out-of-this-world pairing of Neptune and naan takes place at the Raj Mahal, Kinross on Wednesday, June 20 with tickets being offered for £15.

Aero Space Kinross (ASK) has put on the gastronomy night to raise awareness of their goal to create a major tourism destination in Kinross focused on aero space developments.

Aero Space Scientific Education Trust (ASSET) chairman Alisdair Stewart, said:“We are taking up every opportunity we can to get the word out about our Aero Space Kinross ambitions as our fundraising campaign challenge is well underway.

“We have already made some very tangible inroads but are now undertaking the next phase to raise £10 million for our capital project and that is where we need both volunteer and financial support.”

“It is vital we engage with our members and local community to get our message out there and reinforce our efforts. We are constantly looking for new members and volunteers and face-to-face outreach is an ideal way to explain our project and bring more people onboard.”

All bookings for the curry at Raj Mahal are to go through donna@ aerospacekinross.com or call 07414 44 6161 to book tickets.
