The bulk of that vile stash of child abuse images was discovered on a hard drive.

A total of 1391 indecent still images of children were recovered following the police raids on the Perth hostel and his father’s house. The running time of the videos was 65 minutes.

A further 27 indecent images of children were found on the game pad while the Kindle yielded another four.

A “full technical examination” of all the devices showed there were a total of 1430 images, covering Categories A, B and C.
