Sudden death
Police are treating a sudden death in Alyth at the weekend as unexplained
A 30-year-old man, named locally as Gavin Ewart, died at a house party in the town on Saturday morning.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said:“Police Scotland attended an address in Airlie View, Alyth, about 9am on Saturday, August 4 in connection with the sudden death of a 30-year-old man. The death is being treated as unexplained, and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.”
A large police presence had been reported in Airlie View on Saturday morning.
