Pairdenyattack

-

Two Perth teenagers have denied attacking another man and striking him on the head with a bottle, to his severe injury.

The pair have lodged a special defence of self-defence to the charge.

Appearing at Perth Sheriff Court were 18-year-old Connor Dixon, of Sandpiper Gardens, and Connor Herman, also 18, of Angus Court.

It is alleged that on March 5 this year, at a house in Moness Avenue, Aberfeldy, while acting with another unnamed person, they assaulted Mark Gallagher by punching him repeatedly on the head and body. They are then said to have struck him with a bottle.

Herman is said to have been subject to a September 20, 2017, bail order from the Perth court. They will return to court for trial on July 3.
